We love pieces of beach pottery which are from a different time, such as this unusual pendant. The colour has run, giving the decoration a lovely effect. The pottery is slightly curved, suggesting it came from a large bowl or dish.
The pendant is 4.2 cm high, 3.7 cm wide and 4 mm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) fine silver plate trace chain. If you would prefer a shorter chain please let us know the length you would like.
Our jewellery is made in Chudleigh, Devon, using materials we collect ourselves from local beaches. Each piece of pottery is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of the charm of beach pottery jewellery. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
Please note that although beach pottery jewellery offers attractive colours, these are usually not as bright as they appear in a picture on a screen.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
