start date (can be date or month and year)
school name
age
favourite colour
teacher's name; and
what they want to be when they grow up!

Your print is in A4 format and can be printed as many times as you like. To make it an even more special keepsake, have your child write their name or draw a picture on the back, and record what they thought of their first day of school.
