The house is modelled on a classic original Tudor era house rather than a modern faux-Tudor style. Laser cut and then hand worked and assembled. The house displayed is 1/15 scale but please note that this item is made to order so if you have any specific requests for alterations to the design (including scale or the addition of basic furniture) then please message me and I will probably be able to accommodate you.

Please note that, as the house is made to order, it will likely be a few days before posting. This usually takes no longer than a week but if you require the house at short notice then please message me before bidding.

Lastly, I realise that postage costs are also a consideration when bidding, but if you live in the west midlands, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire or anywhere in between then I can likely deliver the item myself either free or for a smaller fuel payment.
