Item details

I have made this pendant using traditional jewellers tools, the background has been textured in a rolling mill and I have soldered on a frame, inspired by the shapes in church windows. The pendant is hand engraved and oxidised, and has a 5mm moonstone cabachon set upon a triple moon.

Measuring approx 19 x 37mm excluding bale.

This pendant is sterling silver and hallmarked by Sheffield Assay Office.

Supplied with an 18" sterling silver belcher chain. (Please contact me if you require a different length).

This hare features a lot in my work and was inspired by a medieval church hare. I am fascinated by the mythology that surrounds these creatures and love combining them with the moon. Who doesn't love a moon gazing hare? I have created a frame for this little moon gazing hare to sit within. The triple moon symbolizes the different phases in the lunar cycle and is set with a lovely moonstone.
