My daughter often worries about bad dreams so we spent some time together looking into what we could do together to help her feel like she had some control over this. We got very creative together and came up with a rainbow coloured dream catcher that she was able to put together herself (she's very independent for 4!). We had so much fun we then used the idea as a party activity and everyone really enjoyed it. It worked really well as it was a party activity and gift all in one. I couldn't resist making it into a gift bag to sell.
