Compañero Sideboard is the result of extensive research into the use of a range of materials in furniture making and design. Porcelain, leather and wood and combined to create a unique storage piece that questions the use of verticality in furniture as a response to the increasing feeling of loneliness in society. The piece looks to re-empower the user through anthropomorphic dimensions and materials that respond to the physical and psychological needs of our time.
