Spring is here, cast off your scarf and replace it with a colourful pendant! That hat can go too - show off your ears with a lovely pair of earrings!
Each of my pieces is smoothed by hand with ultra fine ‘wet and dry’ paper but I also use the various attachments on my electric multi-tool to speed up the process (grinding, removing firescale without hours of sanding, removing enamel from edges etc). On this piece, I have used the angle grinding attachment to cut through several opaque base coats to the copper beneath and have then given it a final layer of transparent green, which has also lifted some of the white. The result is an intriguing and complex network of lines which resemble the veins on leaves. It was a sudden burst of inspiration and I will definitely be trying it again!

Items will be sent by first class Royal Mail (large letter) free of charge, well packaged and complete with an organza pouch. Please note that, in the event of you returning an item, the return postage will be payable by you unless the item is proven to be faulty, otherwise only the cost of the item will be refunded. The item you see here is the one you will receive so, if you are unsure of size etc, please check before ordering. Please note that enamelled items are made of glass and so, although relatively sturdy and robust, they may still break or crack if dropped onto a hard surface. Earrings cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene, unless they are proven to be faulty. Although the enamels used are lead-free, the pieces should be kept away from small children because of the copper content and the small parts.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
