You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

UK ORDERS - I always post by Royal Mail First Class within 3 days of receiving payment. UK Special Delivery - I can also post out special delivery within the UK, if your order is valuable or urgent please contact me and I can set up a custom delivery listing for you, the cost of this is £7.50 and is insured and guaranteed next day delivery. 99.9% of my customers are really happy with their purchases (please read my reviews!) But every now and then a parcel may go missing or arrives late, please read the policies below before ordering, thank you! I will post to the address that comes through on your Folksy order, NOT the Paypal one. It is your responsibility to ensure this is the correct address. If a parcel or packet does not arrive, or is lost in the post please contact me as soon as possible so we can sort things out. Items shipped from the UK to other countries can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so please be patient. I always obtain proof of postage, and can supply images of receipts if needed for a claim. I cannot refund if you do not contact me within 30 days of the item dispatched date, in this case I will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage so you can make a claim. I can refund on damaged items, but only the cost of the item and NOT the postage. Items should be returned in original packaging and a refund will be issued upon their arrival to me. Please note that if you are outside the UK this can take up to 4 weeks. Please obtain proof of postage for returning packages, I am not responsible for refunding items that fail to arrive back to me. CUSTOM orders - When I set up a custom listing for you, it will be after a number of conversations to ensure the butterflies I am creating are the correct ones for you in size, colour and shape. Please be aware that custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE so please ensure all your details are correct before ordering. Please feel free to contact me in all cases if you have a query.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
