A piece of Ash that took its own form from the triangular shape I found it in, in the wood pile. It seemed to nice to burn, so I took a chisel to it and it developed from there into this egyptian style face with Bark hair. the cherry base and the gold painted carvings just seemd right. as always, I sometimes love it sometimes hate it. It stood in our lounge for a few years, now it is being offered to a new owner. I have tested it for electrical continuity, but as I am not a qualified electrician, I will take the plug off before I send it to a new owner and ask they get an electrician or a competant person to check it before the connect it to the mains. (I'm sure you'l agree if you think about it)
