I made a few hand cut barley twists, then I saw a router lathe on e-bay, so I made a bid and "voila". I've made a few chairs and stools with barley twists of various types ( it all depends on the shape of the router bit and how deep it goes in: it is tremendous fun) This has been in our dinning room for a few years, (so really its second hand) next to the computer and as I try to make some space I'm offering it to a new owner who will cherish it as much as I enjoyed creating it. I will take the plug off and you will have to get a competent person or a qualified electrician to check it for electrical safety before plugging it into the mains, as I am not a qualified electrician. (If you think about it, I'm sure you will agree).
