Dorset Button Keyring, Purple Hand Woven Keyring, Bag Charm
Dorset buttons were made in the Dorset area of England in the late 1600s and 1700s before the introduction of button making machines.
I made three Dorset buttons by weaving crochet cotton around brass rings. The small one is lilac, the medium one is purple and the large one is variegated purple and white. I connected the buttons with two shiny purple and blue beads and added a silver plated swivel lobster clasp.
This could be used as a keyring or a bag charm.
The total length is 9cm
I can make these in different colours of your choice - please feel free to contact me to place a custom order.
