This pendant is hand crafted from organic recycled coconut shell the middle is a pearl. This pendant hangs on an adjustable cotton cord. This particular piece took me more than four hours to hand craft.
Like all my jewellery it is finished to a very high quality as I use more than five different grains of sand paper to polish the coconut shell so that it is not only shiny but beautifully tactile.
This necklace can be worn in the shower or when you are swimming in the sea.
I love using coconut shell as it is a naturally occurring material that is recycled into something beautiful without the use of harsh chemicals. One of the beauties of coconut shell is its appearance improves with wearing as it develops a warm patina and is also very tactile. Coconut is an unusual base material for crafting jewellery so your piece is more unique and individual. Custom pieces can be made to make that one off piece that no-one else has. If you have any further queries please contact me and I will be more than happy to answer them. If you are looking for something eco-friendly, hand crafted and unique then you have come to the right place.
