You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If you are a private buyer that has made an online buy it now purchase from Suzio Ltd and you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 (thirty) days, (from the day after receipt), for whatever reason. Please let me know by way of email via ebay messaging, or email to sales@bantonsbuttons.co.uk, or by postal letter to Suzio Ltd T/A "Banton's Buttons", 25, Avenue Gardens, London SE25 4EB, England that you wish to return the item. If you are returning an item/items, please take reasonable care of the item(s) before returning. This includes keeping original tags and/or hygiene stickers attached to the item(s) if this is applicable. This can also be done by retaining any original packaging, and keeping the item/s in a safe place until its return. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition using a trackable postal method at your (the buyer’s) cost within 30 days. Please also return any packaging. Please contact me beforehand if necessary for advice on best and cheapest way to return. If you do not return the item(s) back to Suzio Ltd after the cancellation period, the right is reserved to arrange to collect the item at your cost. Upon item(s) return, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Items lost and/or untraceable in return shipping will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that the item/items develops a fault after the 30 working day returns period, please get in touch with Suzio Ltd as soon as possible. There are certain instances where returns cannot be accepted: Unless faulty and/or poor quality, returns cannot be accepted for the supply of goods made to consumer specifications, or clearly personalised, or by which reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to expire rapidly. Business-to-Business (B2B) purchases (e.g., a sale from Suzio Ltd to another business) are also not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
