This necklace features a beautiful piece of safety glass sea glass. Safety glass has traditionally been used in places where glass should be shatter resistant, mainly found in boats and car windscreens. The wire is set in the glass and can be seen through the sea glass. It hangs from an 18inch stainless steel snake chain (see material info below about this great metal). Other chain lengths or styles available on request. A special piece that would make a lovely beach gift for someone who loves the seaside.
A complete one off piece of sea glass jewellery.

What is Sea glass?
I use genuine sea glass or pottery that has been collected from the beautiful beaches of Cornwall in the UK. Many of my pieces are found where an old harbour was once a bustling centre of trade. Old Victorian plates and glassware, are recycled by nature, and sharp shards are polished by the tide beating against the sand.
