This is an original oil painting on linen canvas. It hung for a time in one of Northern Ireland's award winning hotels, Galgorm Manor, in their River Room where they aptly serve popular high teas in the afternoon.
It measures 107 x 81cms and comes framed in a timeless white, wooden frame.
It is varnished, and has fixings and cord already attached to the rear, ready to hang.
This piece won the Lily Davies New Member Award at my first group exhibition as a new member of the Ulster Society of Women Artists in 2016.
It will be securely packaged for transit, sent insured and will require a signature on delivery.
Please just get in touch if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

I was asked to make a painting based on afternoon tea and for temporary display in a hotel's tea room. Before I did the oil painting, I made a study in coloured pencil, which is also available for sale separately. While I made a few changes regarding colour, etc, for the most part I decided to retain the initial composition.
I don't "do" afternoon teas very often, but I am a big fan of vintage crockery and all things kitchenalia, so I really enjoyed making this piece.
