Walking around Rutland Water one Saturday (yes, all 26 miles of it!), I saw dozens of little boats on the water for some kind of event. I was very taken with the rows of little sails as they filed past me and when I sat down to make something, I found a piece of copper in my box just crying out to come to life as a sail! A mast of Sterling Silver makes it perfect and it hangs beautifully on a chain reminiscent of rope.
