Please note that my shop will be closed for the month of June while I refresh my batteries. If you want something reserving please message me. I will respond.
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is a little elephant in two lovely shades and texture of bright blue glass.
The tusk is iridescent white with a shimmer and it has a wrinkled trunk as all elephants do. For an eye I have used a twinkling crystal bead.
The elephant looks lovely hanging in the window where it catches the light. It hangs from a strong nylon thread which is securely attached to the top of the elephant.
It is 9cm wide and 8 high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
This will make a wonderful present especially for a child but please note that it is made of fragile glass and is not a toy but an ornament.
I do make this in lots of different colours, it just depends which of my lovely glass I fancy most when I start !
Please ask if you would like another colour and I will make one for you.
The 5th photo shows it with another 3 elephants, all currently in stock as separate listings..
Everyone loves elephants, I certainly do and I try to make what people want and what they collect.
Please note : POSTAL CHARGES : . I always part-refund postage via Paypal where more than one piece is ordered to allow for combined postal charge. I do this as soon as I receive your order.
