The clock has been created from an original copy of the book The Tale of The Flopsy Bunnies by Beatrix Potter. The book has been read and enjoyed by a previous owner so it may show signs of wear to the cover. This edition was produced from the 1950s-1970s and has a cream background.

Measuring approximately 11 x 14.5 cm (4.3" x 5.7") the clock is designed to be hung on a wall but can also be displayed on a shelf or table using the folding stand included.

The quartz movement has a sweep second hand so there is no loud ticking noise making it perfect for use in a nursery or for those who dislike the sound.

Clocks are supplied boxed with folding stand and instructions so they can be given as a gift.

The clock is battery operated and takes one AA 1.5V battery which is not supplied (due to postal regulations).

The picture of the box, insert and stand is a standard stock photograph as the same style of box is used for each clock. If you are looking closely at the image you may notice the book title is different, don't worry your clock will be correctly boxed and labeled.

After repurposing several Victorian clocks I realised how perfectly suited the vintage Beatrix Potter books were. The neater size makes it easier to fit into a room whether on a wall or freestanding. The tales hold fond memories for so many people. Customers who have purchased these are giving them as gifts to all ages from newborn babies to 95 year old grandmas.
