Colourful blackbird art print of a beautiful blackbird - 'Blackbird and Ivy'. Stunning bold yellow and green colours and an intricate design make this British birds print a great bird lover gift idea. This blackbird print is printed in giclee technique for fade-resistant, rich colours and a luxurious matte finish.

Giclee square art print: 305mm x 305mm (approx. 12" x 12") printed size. Overall size 356mm x 356mm (approx 14" x 14") including an additional unprinted border all round to make framing or mounting easier.

8 x 8” and 16 x 16” print sizes are available, so please ask and I can add it here for you.
An 8" x 8" square print costs £42 plus £6 P&P and a 16" x 16" square print costs £85 plus £6 P&P. (16" print size pictured in frame)

Mounted prints are also available, with prices starting at £48 plus £6 P&P (for an 8" square sized print).

I can also provide framed prints with a choice of frames, with prices starting at £95 plus £8.50 P&P (for an 8" square print with mount and wooden frame in black, silver, or gold). Please ask.

Printed with archival inks on acid-free matte archival paper (230gsm)

Print will be sent unframed, unmounted and rolled in a tube. Printed to order. Usually posted within 7-14 days.

I'm taking a little break from my Folksy store but I'm still about busy arting, blogging and creating if you'd like to see what I'm up to or get in touch ~ Lotti :)

I can't resist the sight of the smart, handsome blackbirds in the garden, their feathers all shining and black, like a new suit for Springtime.

And they are so proud, strutting their stuff, posing on a branch of ivy, and chasing all comers away from their territory.

Sometimes we even need to beware when we step out into the garden!

King of the garden birds!

I hand draw and colour the bird and branch separately, with pens and inks - then scan all my drawings into the computer to create the final artwork digitally.

Hope you get some pleasure from my handsome blackbird.
