The pattern on this tea towel started out as sketches I made of fish, having been inspired by an exhibition of artists' textiles at the Fashion and Textiles Museum in London. I looked at both 1970s textiles and vintage fish illustrations to create the pattern. These sketches were then made into hand-pulled screen prints and cards, before being transferred to the tea towel design
