What is there not to like about the African flower design, soft wool, mandalas and a squishy round cushion? This idea of colours and the flower came out of looking at my mothers engagement ring, which has soft raspberry like rubies and this pattern of 7 stones. When it came to making two, I decided I fancied trying out some new techniques and made my first mandala style crochet.
