Versatile red clutch bag that could be used as a large clutch, a stationary wallet, dust cover for a tablet or just to keep your paperwork in inside your work bag (I use one similar, much better than a paper wallet!).

The outer fabric is a beautiful woven, not printed, design. I don't know the fiber composition but it feels like an artificial silk type fabric, slightly stiff with a sheen and where the cream threads are woven over the top it feels much softer. It is lined in red poly cotton and I added a layer of fleece fabric between them to add some substance rather than quilting with wadding which I felt would detract from the main fabric. A magnetic catch holds the flap in place when closed.

This bag is one of a kind and completely unique as I have very little of this fabric and I won't be making another like this with what's left.

This was inspired by the fabric itself which I found in a charity shop where it was very unappreciated. After getting it home and giving it a gentle wash and iron to reveal it's true beauty I knew it needed to be used in a simple design to allow the fabric to be the center of attention.
