You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

PLEASE NOTE: *Keep in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. * Our products are handmade and hand painted and will naturally have variations and may differ slightly, have little imperfections. We think it only adds to the charm and makes each product unique. **Due to the personalised products, refunds will NOT be provided.** Personalised items can not be resold because they will most likely not be useable to another customer. OTHER ITEM ARE EXCHANGEABLE AND REFUNDABLE. Buyer must pay to return the item(s). A full refund of the purchase price will be given once I receive the item in the original packaging and in perfect condition. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED. Example: Item costs £20 + (£10 for shipping). You will only be refunded £20, not £30. Returnable after 7 days of you receiving the item, after 7 days the item is final. Keep in mind it can be expensive to ship heavy, large items and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Wooden House will accept refunds or exchanges just in case the product is damaged due to being shipped.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
