Hand made Silver plated Mobius ladies necklace. Made with 8mm silver plated links, and on a 16" sterling silver hand finished chain, each necklace is made to order and makes a wonderful mothers day, birthday, anniversary gift or maybe you would just like to treat yourself. Each piece of chain maille ordered from The Silver Garden comes gift boxed with a copy of The History Of Chain Maille which was written by myself & printed on quality parchment paper & a free 'Keep Calm' fridge magnet.
I started to get interested in Chain Maille in 2015 and decided to start this new line to add to my other ranges available on my other shop in December 2016. I have worked tirelessly since to gain as much knowledge and practical experience as I can to provide this wonderful new line.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Terms & Conditions Once the customer has bought their chosen piece, they will have 7 days to make payment. If no payment is received after 3 days a reminder will be sent. If no payment is received by 7 days, the item will be relisted for sale. Returns are not accepted on customised or custom orders. A deposit of one third the total price must be paid to the retailer once a design & price has been finalised & agreed on by both parties. If the customer decides to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, a 15% cancellation and administration fee will be deducted from the original paid price. I do not pay postage on returns. Returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK & an International Tracked & Signed service internationally. This protects both yourself as a customer & me as a merchant. If your item hasn't arrived or is delayed by the shipping provider, you must allow 28 days from shipping for items lost in transit. You are reminded to check with your local post office as attempted deliveries may have been made. Returns: You must contact The Silver Garden within 14 days of receiving your goods if you require a refund and you have a further 14 days to return the goods via the above stated shipment methods. If contact is not made within the first 14 days, returns will not be accepted. If returns are not received by the correct shipment methods and within the stated time frame, you risk not receiving your refund. Refunds are not sent until the item has been returned and received. I do not pay postage on returns, the customer is to pay for the correct shipping method. Please be aware that photographic evidence may be required as proof of damaged or faulty goods and should be provided on request. If you do not provide the evidence requested, this could hinder your chances of a funded or replaced goods. For hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable. Shipping within the UK is £3.95 for a Signed For service and shipped, unless otherwise stated, in 1-3 business days. International orders are shipped at an extra cost of £13.50 via iPost Courier in 5-7 business days. Items are gift boxed & securely packed. If you receive faulty goods, or goods which do not match the item description you have 7 days from receipt of the item to return it & a refund will be issued when the item has been received & checked by the retailer. If photographic evidence is requested by the retailer as proof, you must provide this if you would like you proceed. The item must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK & an International Tracked & Signed service internationally. The address provided by the customer at checkout is the address which will be used to ship the goods too. If the wrong address is provided, the seller will not be held responsible for the customer not updating their address details. If goods are posted to the wrong address due to the wrong address being given by the customer, the fault lies with the customer & therefore they assume full responsibility. If the customer has arranged for the goods to be sent to an alternative address & the goods are refused or sent to the wrong address, the customer assumes full responsibility. Refunds will only be given if the item is returned to the seller in original, full working order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item is customised, no refund will be given. The customer assumes the full responsibility for ensuring the address con their details is full and correct, any alternative or third party address being used is full and correct and that the third party are fully aware of the goods being shipped & to accept delivery. In the case of items being sent by the customer for customisation, the customer assumes all responsibility for the safe delivery to the retailer. The retailer will not be held responsible for any items sent by the customer which are lost or damaged in transit. If the item is unsuitable for customisation, the retailer reserves the right to decline customisation & return the item in it's delivered state. Photographs must be sent to the retailer to ensure the item is suitable before transit & customisation is agreed upon.
