Fantastically delicious summer-harvest honey from one of our trusted UK beekeepers.
Packaged in traditional 1lb sized honey jars each containing 450g of honey.

This honey comes from a beekeeper based just over the border from us in North Essex and was foraged by their bees from the local wildflowers and lime trees. All of their bees are locally raised as part of their own breeding programme. The honey is primarily lime honey and is fantastically delicious, one of my personal favourites and dare I say almost as good as our own! As the honey has now set we have carefully warmed it while packing into jars to make it runny once again. This has no effect on the quality of the honey and other beekeepers would still call this 'raw' honey as it hasn't been fine filtered or pasteurised, but we think this is misleading and only call our honey 'raw' if it really is straight from the hive. For truly raw honey see our other items. As with all quality, unrefined honey this will set again in time but can be made runny again with gentle warming.

Nobody Does Honey Quite Like Us
We quickly sold out of our delicious raw pressed Cambridgeshire honey and honeycomb this year and began to look for other local beekeepers who could supply us with a similar honey until our next harvest. We soon found that pressed and cut comb honey like our own is hard to come by but after a great deal of searching we have managed to find some like-minded beekeepers who share our values. We still think our honey tastes the best (and so do a lot of our customers!) but until our next harvest we have found some fantastically delicious honey from selected UK beekeepers who, like us, keep their beekeeping and honey as natural as possible by minimising chemical treatments on their hives and only keeping British-bred bees.
