I make these to fit approximately 7 1/4" with a extension chain that extends the size to approximately 8 1/4" I have finished the extension chain with a smaller puffed heart, because I like the way these pretty hearts fall down the inside of the wrist.

However if you wish I can make these bracelets to your own personal measurement.
