Item details

A wooden beer crate made from reclaimed timber. It holds 6 ale bottles or cider bottles. Fitted with a bottle cap opener on one end so you can transport your beverages and pop the tops off.

The crate has a carry handle made from copper pipe with copper caps at the ends. All the wood used in it has been upcycled from old floor boards and pallet wood.

These are made by made by myself in my workshop in Hampshire. One of the lovely things about using reclaimed wood is its character making each item I make unique.

This is a perfect gift for the beer lover in your life. Just fill it with their favourite tipple then they are ready for and party, picnic or event.

Badger Workshop is the creation of me Matthew Smith. It was born out of two things, a hatred for waste and a passion for making things.

All the wood I use In my projects is reclaimed or upcycled. I use old oak and pine floor boards, scaffold board and pallets witch otherwise would be thrown away. I work with other materials to from glass to old cutlery that was unloved. Giving them new life for others to enjoy again.

It takes a lot more work to create something from reclaimed materials but I feel the effort is worth it. These materials yield items with much more character and make every piece unique.

All my items are made my hand with care by myself in my little workshop. I love seeing the pieces of wood being given new life and going to good homes who want them.
