A kit to make your own tweed handbag. If you love to knit and fancy your hand at making your own tweed handbag, then this is the kit for you. Featuring an exclusive design from Rebel Rose, this luxury kit includes:

- Rowan Felted Tweed Yarn
- A generous square of Tweed fabric woven in Yorkshire
- A heavy duty canvas bag to take your project with you when you are on the move
- A pattern and full instructions to complete the project
- A hand crochet brooch made from Rowan Felted Tweed yarn to add that important finishing touch.
- A robust snap closure to secure your bag.

It is all contained in a robust Kraft brown bag that can be re-used as a gift bag, should you be able to part with it and give it as a gift.

All you will need in addition is a pair of 4.5mm knitting needles and a sewing needle.

The finished bag measures approximately 25cm across by 20cm tall. Perfect for a night out and big enough to carry your keys, wallet, phone and lipstick!

I have developed this range of kits as a labour of love, I learned to knit many years ago and remember the challenge of finding a handknit kit with a project that I would want to use when it was complete. I was frustrated by the lack of affordable projects featuring luxury yarns and fun designs.

I hope you will agree that I have achieved my aim of creating a range that has the "ooh" factor when they are opened. They really do feel like a crafters treat when opened.
