I saw a simple 3 colour screen print of a sexy woman in a cafe a few years ago, sketched the idea on the back of an envelope and put it with a pile of other images I collect, promising myself I would sketch images of people I know in the same style one day. Eventually, these two Christmas images came to life, my first drawings based on that design, which I intended to screen print on fabric, to give them a strong blocked out colour which I enjoy, but when I had drawn them up and edited detail on Photoshop, my family and friends thought that they looked great as they were. They have been fun to make and I am now designing more topics on the same theme.
