You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not and there is a problem with the item please get in touch immediately (within 3 days of receipt) RETURNS: If the size is wrong we can exchange for a different size (please check that we have the size in stock that you want – we are quite small and so our stock can fluctuate so you may incur a wait). The item you are returning must be in the same condition in which you received it (unmarked and unworn). Please include the original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t absorb the postal cost of returns that are the wrong size. There are two ways you can go about returning: 1. Get in touch, send the item back with a cheque to cover the initial postal costs of that item. If you’d rather pay BACs let me know. We will send you the correct size asap. 2.
