Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All Vegan friendly. Olive oil (pomace), pure and great if you have allergies. Coconut oil, the new wonder ingredient! In soap it’s moisturising properties are outstanding. Vitamin E, is said to be excellent for the skin. We only use sustainable responsibly sourced (RSPO) palm oil. Only essential oils or natural additives used. Although always be aware that you might be sensitive to even the most natural ingredients, always check for allergies. NOTE: Handmade soap, will vary in weight, colour, pattern and shape in between each bar. Each bar is unique in its own way, the quality of which is as high as the rest of the soaps made in the same batch. TIPS: For a longer lasting bar, allow the bar to air dry between each use, and store the soap on a wooden soap dish and away from the shower head. Natural soaps contain high amounts of natural moisturizing glycerin. Therefore, the soap often appears a bit softer than those store-bought beauty bars which mostly contain chemicals. The use of a wash bag, provides a refreshing clean and scrub.
