Happy customers are important to me. If on the very rare occasion you find a mistake in my instructions, I will correct it immediately and offer you a free pattern as an apology. PDF knitting patterns are non-refundable once they have been emailed to your computer due to the nature of the product.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
