This painting measures 50 x 50 cms, and is acrylics on linen canvas.
I use archival, artist quality brands such as Winsor & Newton and Golden Artist Colors. The edges have been painted white so there is no need to frame it, though of course you can if you wish. It is however easier and cheaper to send works unframed in the post.
Once dry, I give all my acrylic paintings what`s known as an "isolation coat" which is a mixture of gel medium and water, before then giving them two coats of satin varnish. This is just so that in the future should the varnish ever need to be removed, the actual painting itself will not be damaged.
It will be packaged securely for transit, insured, and sent signed for delivery.
Please get in touch if you have any questions and I`ll do my best to help.
PLEASE NOTE: sale of this or any artwork does not incur the right to copyright which remains the sole property of the artist. Please do not use these images without my permission, thank you.
Most of my artwork is a combination of my imagination, memory and sketches I make on location. This piece is no exception, and the white hen is based on drawings and photographs of some of the hens at the local wildfowl park in Broughshane village.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
In the hopefully unlikely event of a return, postage must be covered by the buyer and the item returned to me in the same condition it was sent out in. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit, but will keep all proof of postage labels, so that if such were to occur, I can assist with making a claim.
