In 2015 I started having 'downloads', as if a silent kaleidoscope of patterns, shapes and colours were being played like a movie in front of my eyes, and reminded me of what I saw through my kaleidoscope that I had as a toy as a child. People also say some of my paintings remind them of mandalas and look spiritual in nature, hence the name cosmic kaleidoscope. I saw the experience as a prompt or encouragement to create, and so cosmic kaleidoscope was born. Each piece is uniquely designed to bring joy to the observer through the use of colour and the pointillism dotting technique. Feel the vibes!
