A hand stitched, bold and bright textile collage of The Hatchet Inn - reputedly the oldest pub in Bristol. The picture depicts the beautiful timber beams of this old building.

Floral fabrics and lace have been hand stitched onto a calico backing, then details have been hand embroidered with high quality embroidery threads.

Size: the picture measures approx 20cm x 30cm. The pictures has been created on a large piece of calico to allow for framing (total size of calico 40cm x 50cm)

Please note this pictures is sold UNFRAMED.

Your picture is sealed in a protective cellophane sleeve and will be rolled (to prevent creasing) and posted in a cardboard tube, by 1st class Royal Mail postage (UK), and standard international delivery worldwide.

I have passed this pub many times in Bristol, and love the old timber beams and history of the building. It was the perfect subject for a textile picture.
