You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

TERMS OF SALE: The listing will state if the item shown in the shop is the actual item you will receive. In this case I will post out as soon as payment is received...please allow up to ten days for postage in the UK. If the item is made to order allow two to three weeks for delivery within the UK and up to fIve weeks for international orders. I will start making the order as soon as payment is received however if you wish to cancel an order please email me within 7 days and I will fully refund cost including postage. Contact me for combined postage. If the order is urgent please contact us and I will see what can be done. If you are matching a specific colour with an outfit email me and I will send out a fabric swatch where possible. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, or to replace lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Please note that any customs charges are payable by the customer. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that you use weatherproof wrapping and sufficient protective packing materials to prevent damage to the item in transit. Items need to be returned unworn with original tags still attached and in original packaging within 30 days. Full, partial refund or repair will be offered on faulty goods, depending on the circumstances. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to custom orders (personalised or bespoke items). BESPOKE: Can I order a special piece? Yes – hats can be made up especially so please email me with an idea and references of any hats from my past and current collection and we can discuss alternative colours, fabrics and remakes. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
