An embodiment of the crossover between pendants and necklaces, this big necklace has three pendants strung on a very pretty beaded "chain".
The largest pendant is over 5cm in diameter, and has a mix of beads, all made of glass. Among them are glass pearls, crystal beads in several sizes, duo beads and triangular beads. The largest beads are 6mm across, the tiniest only 1mm. The two "side" pendants are 3cm across and are the same style as the larger one. The way they are strung, the necklace can be worn with the red side out or the greeen - it's completely reversible. Its total length is 40cm. It fastens with an antique silver finish toggle clasp.
Every single bead has to be individually stitched in, so it was quite a big challenge, but it works really well. If I had to choose, I'd put it into the posh side, but I also think it would be great with jeans.
All the components used are hypoallergenic.

The colours of this necklace came from a dress my mum made for me donkey's years ago, which I thought was the most elegant thing I'd ever worn (at the grand old age of 7) The dress still sits in mum's collection of bits and bobs from my childhood!
