Beautiful Dutch Wax African Print made into a 1940s Retro Peplum blouse. Peplum is high in front and low at the back. Fully lined with anti static lining.

Dutch wax is manufactured in Holland and is of excellent quality after several washes.

I love Hollywood vintage films I saw Rita Hayworth wearing this style so I thought let me try it in a totally new interpretation. I used the Dutch Wax, which is made mainly for the West Coast of Africa, 100% cotton and perfect for spring and summer months.
