I love how these paper cuts turned out. Girl with a balloon is credited to the artist Banksy. These cut outs measure 2 inches by 5 inches. Made from rescued old scrapbook paper, that is of very high quality.
They have multiple uses, they are positioned all over a school in Oxford as the students took an instant love of them.
They look lovely on cards or in scrapbooks.

When I first saw the wonderful products that can be made from paper cuts, I looked for ways of getting these to people to use. This was an ideal starting point. They look great and I have used them many times myself.
