You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment Please note items will be posted once full payment is received. If you pay via Paypal please confirm the address you wish the item to be sent to, otherwise it will be sent to the Paypal verified address. You can cancel any order at any time until it has been dispatched. ------ Shipping Worldwide delivery will be with Royal Mail International Standard Postage. These items are normally delivered between a week after postage, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on your country. If you would like another postal service please contact me prior to postage. Items are dispatched after payment is received. Overseas buyers - please note you are responsible for any import duties/customs charges/tax. ----- Refunds and Exchanges If you are not happy with your item or change your mind about your purchase, please note you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a refund. If the item is faulty upon receipt, please send photographic evidence within 14 days to my email address toyin [!at] tontimcreations.com. Return postage will be the buyers responsibility unless the item is damaged. Please keep a record of proof of postage of the return and I will issue a refund, once goods are received. This will be processed once the item has been returned in its original and unused condition. Note that Paypal will not refund the $0.30 transaction fee, so this will not be returned to you in the event of a cancellation. ------ Please note that there may be small variations in colour, size, pattern and stitch size as these items are handmade.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
