Our knitted guinea pig family is lovingly hand knitted by two wonderful ladies right here in the UK, just ten minutes from Guinea Pig HQ. In between cups of tea, slices of lemon cake and fresh cream scones, our guinea pig loving ladies wield their knitting needles with expert precision to create our fury little friends.

Each of our cute hand knitted guinea pigs has their own unique character. Each piggy comes boxed and complete with a printed profile telling you all about them.

Our gorgeous guinea pigs are knitted using British wool and their tummies are stuffed with British Standard teddy bear stuffing. Each of our fury friends is approximately 15cm long and finished using coloured safety eyes.

As each guinea pig is hand knitted (in between drinking tea and eating cake), slight variations in size, colour and pattern will occur, but we think this just adds to their endearing little character.

MEET HAROLD Harold is a rather rotund and strong willed guinea pig. A self-proclaimed dandelion leaf connoisseur, he loves nothing more than basking in the sunshine and munching in the garden. When he’s not busy munching, he can often be found snuggled up in his pigloo, dreaming of endless fields of golden corn on the cob. As you will have noted, food is a big part of Harold’s life and as such, he enjoys a varied (and rather substantial) diet, his fridge-door-squeaking can be heard several streets away! Although strong willed, Harold has a very loving nature and enjoys evening chin tickles before supper. Harold will make a wonderful addition to any family, as long as they’re prepared to keep their fridge full!
