I have been playing my ukulele for a couple of years now and one day I was searching for a bag for Beryl, that's her name, I couldn't find anything I liked so I decided to try and make one! After a few attempts I've finally discovered how best I can make them with a mix of hand and machine sewing and the joy of looking for funky fabrics! I have kept the first ones for Beryl and also the very first completed one (No.1) made to the 'For Sale' standard which was made out of a 'grass' themed laminated cotton. The Funky bird CarryUkes™ is No.2 and I have nos.3,4 and 5 on the go !
