You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We are very confident that you will love and enjoy your mark lowe product for many years. However, if there are any problems: You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you don’t like it and we’ll give you a full refund, providing the item comes back to us in perfect condition. If it’s damaged on arrival let us know by email and then send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date and, when we've received it, we’ll send you a new one. If you would like to speak to us personally, send us an email with your phone number and we’ll give you a call back as soon as we can, usually within 3 days. Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. A charge may be applied if an order is cancelled after it has been despatched.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
