Another landscape full of colour and texture, but this is much more summery than some of my stormy paintings. As always, I couldn't help but sneak in some beautiful blue water in the distance.
This is an imaginary landscape, based on the flatter countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk. I usually work from photographs, so this was a different experience for me. I loved feeling the landscape emerge as I painted. I really hope you like it.
