This cute little locket has been made by etching the front to look like wood then I have also made a pair of blue tits drawing them with the proper markings. I was originally just going to put the mother bird inside but I decided that seemed a bit lonely so I decided to put dad there too. Its made from 1mm and 0.5 mm thick sterling silver sheet and tube (for the hinge)

The size of the locket is 32 mm high x 23 wide (34 including roof) the locket is 9 mm wide and 11 mm including the roof. Including the bail the locket is about 38 mm high.

The door doesn't open fully as with my other lockets this is because of the angle of the birdhouse (not being square) its opens quite far enough wide and the little mother bird inside also acts as a keeper so you can pop a photo and wishlist or whatever inside. Its fastens securely with a silver clasp, its stamped inside with the word love (inspired by mum and dad bird).

Its is on a heavy duty 30 inch sterling belcher chain, there is a hand made s clasp as this will fit over anyones head.

This will be sent special delivery, beautifully wrapped with rose petals.
