You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I hope that you will be completely happy with your Feathers & Bows millinery purchase. I pride myself on the quality of workmanship and materials used to create each piece of millinery by hand and hope that this is apparent when you receive your hat, fascinator or headpiece. However, if when you receive your millinery you are not completely satisfied or find it damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to sort out and rectify any problem you may have. I will however be unable to give a full refund or exchange a piece of millinery that shows evidence of being worn. Please return damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receiving them, in original hat box and secure packaging, for a full refund or exchange. The cost of delivery services on returns, refunds and exchanges is non-refundable and is covered by the buyer. No refunds on sale items.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
