Item details

A beautiful, shallow fused glass bowl; made with transparent blue glass, different coloured frits and millefiori. The trees are hand painted by me and are slightly textured and a little sparkly.
The bowl is initially fired twice and then undergoes a third slump firing into a ceramic mould. On each occasion the glass is annealed to strengthen it.
This stunning bowl measures (approximately) 27cm x 4cm.
The Tree of Life bowl is food safe, but as the trees are textured I would recommend you only use it for dry foods.
Please note that no two handmade pieces are ever the same. The bowl you'll receive will resemble closely the one pictured, but will not be identical.

This bowl. like the Tree of Life wall panel, was inspired by the colourful paintings of the American artist, Mariana Stauffer.
The Tree of Life shallow bowl will look fantastic as a piece of fused glass art but equally it makes a beautiful fruit bowl or candle holder.
Please note this bowl will look best on light coloured surface.

If you are unhappy with your piece from Cornerways Fused Glass then I will be happy to refund or exchange, as long as the piece is returned to me, in its original condition. You will need to pay for all postage and I advise you send it via a tracking service and with insurance, as I can’t be responsible for returned goods lost or broken in transit. I will only exchange or refund personalized or commissioned pieces if there is an error on my part.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
