I have always bee fascinated by the sad beauty of the Arctic fox out on the ice. I also love the way I can play with layers of white on white to build up the foxes face, which creates delicate layers.
Sometimes I am able to use simply the different colour of the papers themselves to create this effect. Other times I use gouache to build up raised areas.
