A super cosy cover for a generously proportioned teapot...although it will sit just as happily on more modestly sized pots too!
The cosy is made from a wool felt in a deliciously dark charcoal grey and lined in a vibrant red spotted cotton. The cosy is interlined with a high quality batting to ensure your pot of tea stays nice and snug.
On the front of the cosy I have appliquéd two hand-embroidered felt toadstools - both bright red, with cream coloured spots and stalks. Each toadstool has detailed stitchwork and made to emerge from a tuft of bright green felt grass!
The spotty red lining contrasts wonderfully well against the dark grey felt while coordinating beautifully with the appliquéd toadstools.
This cosy measures approximately 28 cm (11") tall x 33 cm (13") wide.
