Silk Shallow Dish Wall Hanging with Photographic Motifs
Description
This beautiful decorative lightweight shallow dish or wall hanging was created using silk waste, and embellished with monochrome photographs printed on silk, a touch of luxury.
This could be wall hung using the attached stick-on hook. Width 30 cm Height 6 cm.
It may be packaged using recycled materials to protect it in transit.
DO NOT WET OR USE WITH A NAKED FLAME
Inspiration
I was experimenting with shape and using abaca fibre and silk waste, wanting to create a bowl or dish that was minimalist in style.
I printed one of my photographs of frosty leaves onto silk as an embellishment.
